You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and undamaged, in the same condition you received it.
How to start a return
Email support@leclairmoreau.com with your order number. If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
If your order includes a bundle set, all items in the set must be returned together to qualify for a refund or exchange.
