Our aquatic, triumphant composition draws on the energy that made a certain men's fragrance one of the most recognised and consistently purchased on the planet, year after year, since its launch in 2013.
This style of fragrance was built on a simple insight: men want to smell clean, fresh, and powerful without having to think about it too hard. The marine accord does the heavy lifting at the top, the guaiac wood and ambergris at the base do the anchoring, and everything in between keeps the composition interesting enough to reward repeated wearing without ever becoming demanding.
The opening is clean and instantly energising, grapefruit and a crisp marine accord arrive fresh and bold, like cold air against warm skin. Mandarin adds a brightness that keeps the top from feeling flat. Bay leaf and hedione build an interesting green, slightly floral complexity in the heart that elevates the composition well beyond a simple aquatic. The dry down of guaiac wood, oakmoss, and ambergris delivers a warm, woody depth that beautifully contradicts the lightness of the opening, grounding the freshness in something with genuine character and longevity. Long wearing on skin, and longer on clothes, with consistent projection.
